Tom Atwood is the third generation of the Atwood Family in the real estate field. His Grandfather, Fred Atwood, started the Atwood Land Company in 1934. His father, Charles Atwood, formed Atwood Realty in 1965 and Tom joined the firm in 1978 as a licensed sales associate. In 1983 Tom obtained his Real Estate Brokers license and started managing the Atwood Companies. Tom has also worked in the financing field specializing in new construction loans and 1st time homebuyer loans, and obtained the Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation from the Institute of Real Estate Management. Tom has helped lead the team of agents at CENTURY 21 Atwood Realty, Inc. to achieving the CENTURION® Award for sales production from 1992-2007 and QUALITY SERVICE AWARD® from 1996- 2007. The CENTURION® Award is awarded from Century 21Real Estate LLC.
